Job summary

Clarivate is hiring a Senior IP Analyst to join our Filing and Prosecution Team. You will support docketing, paralegal services, Recordals, IDS, and reference management for customers in a remote US role.

The role requires 2+ years of patent docketing experience, TIPMS proficiency, and strong MS Office skills. Remote work in CST/EST is available, with opportunities to interact with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of patent docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software, specifically TIPMS.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, expressing ideas and delivering information in a global environment.
• Plans and organizes tasks to achieve objectives; follows policies and procedures.
• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Routinely review and file prosecution related documents with the USPTO for all stages of prosecution and coordinate with foreign agents to meet deadlines.
• Manage, create and maintain customer documents including scanning, filing, and transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and collaborate with customer contacts to fulfil requirements of various IP offices.
• Maintain customer docket and run reports; communicate deadlines and status of applications.
• Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
• Document and track daily work in time-tracking system within deadlines and SLA's.
• Liaise with all areas of the business to meet customer expectations and service levels.
