Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three to five years of patent prosecution experience preferred.
• Experience in intellectual property operations within a law firm or corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Review, process and docket communications for patent/trademark matters.
• Utilize records management software and update systems with accurate data.
• Conduct data audits and assist with IP transfer of client documents.
• Support IP practice group with portals and data reporting.
• Create docket reports and data extracts as requested.
• Assist docketing manager with software implementation projects.
