Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Senior IP Analyst to support filing and prosecution in a remote US-based role. You will manage docketing, IDS, reference management, and paralegal tasks with a customer-centric focus across domestic and international matters.

The role requires at least 2 years in patent docketing, familiarity with TIPMS, and strong MS Office skills. You will interact with stakeholders and ensure timely actions within global deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of patent docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software, specifically TIPMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a virtual, highly matrixed and global environment.
• Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives and adheres to policies.
• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Routinely review and file prosecution related documents with the USPTO for all stages of prosecution; coordinate timely instructions to foreign agents.
• Manage, create and maintain documents for customers including filing of incoming documents and file transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and collaborate with customer contacts to fulfill requirements of various patent offices.
• Maintain customer docket and run reports; communicate deadlines and status of applications.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
• Assist in establishing policies and procedures to ensure quality and meet customer needs.
