Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience. Compensation may be flexible for highly qualified candidates.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; Pacific Time business hours

The IP Docketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate intellectual property records and ensuring important trademark deadlines are properly tracked and managed. This individual will work closely with senior docketing professionals, attorneys, and paralegals to support domestic and international trademark matters.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Candidates with WebTMS experience are strongly preferred, particularly those who can quickly step into an existing docketing system and contribute with minimal training.
