Ethos is seeking experienced intellectual property attorneys to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on trademark and copyright work, drafting and reviewing filings, office-action responses, and infringement analyses for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides.

This remote, part-time engagement is 5-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule in the United States; compensation is $100 per hour. Start date ASAP.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed attorney with 4+ years practicing trademark and/or copyright law at a firm or in-house IP team
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing trademark filings, office-action responses, or infringement opinions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Aufgaben

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows (trademark clearance, registrability opinions)
• Prepare and respond to office actions and infringement analyses for AI training materials
• Review licenses and assignments, cease-and-desist letters, and docket trackers for accuracy and compliance
