• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements related to AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slides.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-assisted document workflows including NDAs, vendor agreements, and renewal trackers.
