Ethos is seeking experienced trademark attorneys to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. This remote, part-time role offers 5–20 hours weekly with a $100/hour rate and ASAP start. 4+ years of trademark/copyright experience required.

You'll draft, review and refine AI-generated materials across clearance, office actions, infringement analyses, licensing reviews and related workflows.

Qualificações

• Licensed attorney with 4+ years practicing trademark and/or copyright law at a firm or in-house IP team.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing trademark filings, office-action responses, or infringement opinions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Train AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows.
• Handle trademark clearance and registrability opinions, office-action responses, and copyright analyses.
• Review licensing and assignment agreements; manage cease-and-desist communications.
