We are seeking licensed IP attorneys with 4+ years of trademark and/or copyright experience to train AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 4+ years practicing trademark and/or copyright law at a firm or in-house IP team.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing trademark filings, office-action responses, or infringement opinions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slides.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across workflows.
• Handle trademark clearance and registrability opinions.
• Prepare office-action responses and infringement analyses.
• Review licensing, assignments, and cease-and-desist matters.
