Ethos is seeking experienced contracts attorneys to help train an AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will review and negotiate commercial agreements, create redlines, and develop diligence memos for AI workflows, with flexible 5–20 hours per week and remote work.

The role emphasizes high-quality drafting, attention to detail, and the ability to manage NDA and vendor reviews across cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
