You’ll engage with customers pre‑sale, run demonstrations, build deployment plans, and draft integration scripts against our open API. Travel up to 50% is expected, ideally near a major airport in the Midwest.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years in pre-sales, customer success, or related role
• Ability to influence stakeholders using technical sales acumen
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience evaluating hardware or software products
• Basic electronics understanding

• Become an expert on Samsara products and applications
• Articulate how customers use Samsara to solve industry challenges
• Deliver discoveries, demos, value assessments, and PoC implementations
• Guide installers through deployment plans and best practices
• Write scripts against our open API and document them for teammates
• Enable deeper account engagement through consulting and integration
• Act as liaison between product and sales for technically aligned deals
• Champion Samsara values and operating principles
