Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor reports, analyze results, and ensure timely, compliant reporting under servicing agreements. The role involves coordination with mortgage servicing teams and remittance processing to meet investor guidelines.

You will work remotely from home and support various investor contracts with routine accounts, progressing responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related investor accounting and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements is required.
• Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes daily and monthly loan-level reports to trustee, including key reports.
• Balances cash received against cash remitted and tracks advance activity.
• Remits funds to investors to meet servicing agreements via wires.
• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitizations monthly.
• Reviews payment history and system postings to balance activity.
• Maintains reporting system for changes to balances and loans.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliations and corrects discrepancies.
• Analyzes remittance differences between investor reports and remittance reports.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
