Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor reports, analyze results, and ensure timely compliance with servicing agreements from the comfort of a home-based role.

This position supports mortgage servicing teams by balancing cash, coordinating remittances, and preparing reports in accordance with governing guidelines. Strong data analysis and attention to detail are essential, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in investor accounting and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex data and summarize results.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute monthly loan-level investor reports.
• Balance cash received with remitted funds and track advances.
• Prepare wire transfers to meet servicing agreements.
• Forecast monthly principal and interest advances for securitizations.
• Review payment histories and system postings for accuracy.
