Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor reports, analyze results, and ensure compliance with servicing agreements. This role supports mortgage servicing departments and handles routine accounts under investor contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience, including investor accounting and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes daily and monthly loan-level reports to appropriate trustee.
• Balances cash received against cash remitted, including advance activity tracking.
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitization on a monthly basis.
• Reviews payment history and system postings to balance cash activity.
• Maintains reporting system of changes to scheduled balances, stop codes, and reinstated loans.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliation for discrepancies and corrects as needed.
• Analyzes remittance differences between investor accounting reports and remittance reports.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
