Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness in line with servicing agreements.

The role supports mortgage servicing teams, reviews investor guidelines, and coordinates with related departments. Remote work from the United States is supported; candidates should have 1–2 years in investor accounting/reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related investor accounting/reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret guidelines and complex problems and propose solutions.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly investor reports and related accounting outputs.
• Balance cash activity and remittance reporting to custodial accounts.
• Prepare and remit funds to investors per servicing agreements.
• Forecast principal and interest advances monthly for securitizations.
• Review payment history and system postings for accuracy.
• Maintain and update changes to scheduled balances and reports.
• Analyze remittance discrepancies to ensure cash integrity.
• Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as needed.
