Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly accounting reports for assigned investors, analyze results, and ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with servicing agreements. This role supports coordination with mortgage servicing departments and adheres to all applicable laws and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of investor accounting and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to investor reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex problems and to collaborate on solutions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily and monthly loan-level reports to trustees (e.g., Loan Modification, REO, Stop Advancing).
• Balance cash received vs remitted; track advance activity.
• Prepare wire transfers to remit funds to investors.
• Forecast monthly principal/interest advances for securitization; ensure timing requirements.
• Review payment history and postings to balance cash activity.
• Maintain reporting system for changes in balances, codes, and reinstated loans.
