Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of investor accounting or reporting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze problems and collaborate on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Creates and distributes daily and monthly loan-level reports to trustees (e.g., Loan Modification Report, REO Liquidation gains/losses, Stop Advancing Report).
• Balances cash received against cash remitted; tracks advance activity.
• Prepares wire transfers to remit funds to investors per servicing agreements.
• Forecasts principal and interest advances monthly using pooling and servicing agreements.
• Reviews payment history and system postings to balance cash activity.
• Maintains the reporting system for changes in scheduled principal balances and stop codes.
• Reconciles pool-to-security data and fixes discrepancies.
• Analyzes remittance differences to maintain cash in custodial accounts.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
