Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor reports and ensure compliance with servicing agreements. You will coordinate with mortgage servicing teams to deliver accurate reporting and remittance duties while handling routine investor accounting tasks.

The role offers a remote work arrangement with starting pay of $31–$36 per hour, and requires 1–2 years of related experience along with a strong eye for detail and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• Knowledge of current regulatory requirements applicable to investor reporting.
• Ability to analyze problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage schedules.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret investor guidelines and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute monthly investor reports and dashboards.
• Balance cash activity and remittances; track advances and pool activity.
• Process wire transfers to remittance accounts per servicing agreements.
• Forecast monthly principal and interest advances for securitizations.
• Review payment history and postings to ensure accurate balances.
• Maintain and update reporting systems for changes in balances and codes.
• Reconcile pool-to-security data and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze remittance differences to ensure custodial cash integrity.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
