Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly accounting reports for investors, analyze results, and ensure timely, compliant reporting. The role is remote from home with PST zone requirements, offering an hourly pay range of $31.00–$36.00.

You will forecast remittances, create monthly loan-level reports, and coordinate cross-department data validation to resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have 1–2 years in investor accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Schedule experience preferred.
• GNMA experience and Mortgage Backed Securities experience preferred.
• One to two years of related investor accounting and reporting experience required.
• Need candidates to work in PST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitizations monthly per pooling and servicing agreement.
• Creates and distributes monthly loan-level remittance reports (Loan Modification Report, REO Liquidation Gains/Losses, Stop Advancing Report).
• Remits funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Reviews pool-to-security reconciliations for discrepancies and corrections.
• Analyzes remittance differences to maintain cash in custodial accounts.
• Validates data from other departments and coordinates to resolve discrepancies.
