Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily and monthly loan-level reports to trustees (e.g., Loan Modification Report, REO Liquidity gains/losses).
• Balance cash activity and remittance reporting; prepare wire transfers to investors.
• Forecast monthly principal and interest advances for securitizations per pooling/servicing agreements.
• Review payment histories and system postings to reconcile cash activity.
• Maintain reporting systems for changes to scheduled balances, codes, and reinstated loans.
