Job summary

b.well Connected Health seeks a senior leader to own interoperability standards and product strategy. You'll bridge Product and Engineering, influence external standards bodies, and help CMS-aligned network expansion with AI-enabled interoperability capabilities.

You will shape regulatory and industry-driven requirements, drive FHIR adoption, and ensure the platform remains at the forefront of evolving standards through external engagement and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in healthcare interoperability or related fields.
• DeepHands-on with FHIR APIs, SMART on FHIR, HL7v2, CDA/C-CDA, IHE, USCDI.
• Experience with CMS Patient Access Rule, 21st Century Cures Act, HEDIS, EHR certification.
• HL7/FHIR IG development or standards working groups experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent b.well in external industry groups and policy bodies.
• Lead FHIR implementation guidance and drive standards adoption.
• Translate standards into actionable product requirements and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Clinical Strategy for interoperability.
• Monitor CMS/ONC regulations and payer-provider policy impacts.
• Design frameworks for FHIR data quality and terminology accuracy.
• Develop public content and speaking materials to raise b.well's profile.
• Support network onboarding with standards-focused technical guidance.
