Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking an experienced VP of Product, Interoperability, to own the market strategy, product roadmap, and growth for health plan interoperability. You will lead a matrixed team, align product portfolios with payer/provider needs, and drive go-to-market execution while ensuring all offerings are compliant and scalable.

The role requires deep healthcare knowledge, strategic leadership, and a track record of driving revenue growth in interoperability platforms.

Qualifications

10 to 15+ years of progressive insurance and product experience, with a minimum of eight years in senior leadership roles overseeing matrixed teams.
Deep subject matter expertise in payer/provider interoperability and claims processing operations.
Advanced knowledge of SAFe Agile and healthcare interoperability regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross‑functional, matrixed organization through Directors and Senior Directors responsible for Product Management, Market Strategy, and Product Commercialization.
Own three‑to‑five‑year growth strategies, partnerships, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and growth.
Define success criteria and align product performance with Cotiviti’s strategic and operational plans while ensuring high quality releases.
