Job summary

Interra Health is seeking a Head of Product Management to oversee the product management discipline for a healthcare technology platform focused on data interoperability and clinical informatics.

You will own multi-year roadmaps for FHIR-based interoperability and data products, lead the PM function's strategy, hiring, and team development, and serve as the final decision-maker on conflicting stakeholder priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Deep experience with healthcare data flows, FHIR APIs, HL7 standards.
• Ability to make high-stakes tradeoffs between regulatory, technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year roadmaps for FHIR-based interoperability and data products.
• Oversee PM strategy, hiring, and team development.
• Act as final decision-maker on conflicting stakeholder priorities.
