Devoted Health in the United States seeks a senior interoperability leader to set the multi-year vision for data exchange. Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience and scale
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards (FHIR/HL7/C-CDA)
• Experience delivering regulatory milestones (CMS/ONC/TEFCA)
• Proven ability to align multiple stakeholder groups toward a single plan
• Experience negotiating multi-million-dollar vendor relationships and budgets
• Experience engaging regulators and external partners in interoperability policy

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year vision for interoperability and translate it into measurable gains.
• Lead data exchange operations across clinical data acquisition, integration operations, and telephony.
• Build and steward multi-million-dollar vendor partnerships and strategy.
• Shape relationships and policy with providers and regulators.
• Coordinate across Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Compliance to clear blockers.
