Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a strategic leader to own interoperability across clinical data exchange, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships. You will guide a multi-function team to scale operations and align stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Data, and Compliance.

The role emphasizes leading at scale, driving policy engagement, and delivering measurable improvements in care quality and efficiency within a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience including leading other leaders
Deep knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards (FHIR/HL7/C-CDA) and interoperability
Experience delivering regulatory milestones and aligning technical/operational teams

Responsibilities

Set multi-year interoperability vision and translate into measurable gains
Deliver interoperability compliance across CMS/ONC/TEFCA landscape
Build and scale data exchange operations incl. clinical data, integration operations, telephony
Align stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Data and Legal
Negotiate multi-million-dollar vendor relationships and define strategy
Shape external partnerships and policy engagement
