Care Compass Network seeks an IT Interoperability Manager to lead health data interoperability for the Rural Health Transformation Program. You will own regional data-sharing plans and direct their execution across health, behavioral health, social care, and public health partners.

You will oversee data governance, privacy, and security considerations, coordinate vendors, and drive implementation of priority interoperability solutions across the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, Public Health, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in health data, interoperability, or IT/data systems with leadership in projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical projects, cross-functional teams, and vendor relationships.
• Expert knowledge of data-sharing regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance.
• Experience with HITRUST/SSP and security frameworks.

Mansioni

• Provide senior technical leadership on health data interoperability and guide IT staff and vendors.
• Identify stakeholders across health, public health, EMS, and social care to support interoperability.
• Lead the design, configuration, onboarding, and operation of interoperability connections and dashboards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and procurement timelines.
• Monitor data quality, performance, and roadmap alignment with regional needs.
