Job summary

Private Duty Staffing (PDS) is seeking an Internal Payroll Coordinator for a fully remote role. The position supports the full payroll cycle from preparation to reconciliation, acting as the main liaison between internal teams and our payroll provider.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling large volumes of data with strict deadlines. Prior payroll or accounting experience is essential, with strong English communication throughout.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting support, payroll coordination or finance administration.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate payroll-related employee and worker information.
• Collect and validate time, attendance, pay changes, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
• Coordinate with the third-party payroll provider throughout each payroll cycle.
• Review preliminary payroll reports for errors and discrepancies.
• Reconcile completed payroll against approved source information and provider reports.
• Assist with payroll accounting, reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
