RSi is seeking a Payroll and HRIS Coordinator to oversee bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees and manage the HRIS platform in a fully remote, Monday–Friday role with EST hours. You’ll ensure data integrity, run payroll cycles, and support HR staff with system questions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years payroll experience, and hands-on work with Paycor, ADP, Paylocity or UKG.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience running bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycor, ADP, Paylocity, UKG (Paycor a plus).
• Ability to lead HRIS utilization and mentor peers when needed.
• Strong attention to detail with audit experience and ability to work with external auditors.

Aufgaben

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately for 500+ employees, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, taxes and deductions.
• Develop and implement payroll processes and HRIS workflows.
• Lead year-end processes and coordinate with benefits and finance to meet deadlines.
• Provide timely responses to employee inquiries about payroll.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and security policies, and generate HRIS reports.
