Reliant Mission is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support the Payroll Manager in processing multi-state payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accurate data entry and timely responses. This fully remote role requires strong Excel/Google Suite skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle bonuses, advances, timecards, retirement enrollments/terminations, and payroll journal entries while maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Payroll Manager in all payroll tasks.
• Process bonuses, advances and batch imports for 1,000+ employees.
• Handle timecards, retirement enrollments/terminations and changes.
• Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Educate and troubleshoot payroll questions for stakeholders.
• Maintain organized workflow and up-to-date employee records.
