Job summary

Remote is seeking a Coordinator, Payroll Client Services to help resolve payroll inquiries and support smooth operations. You’ll learn payroll processes, follow documented workflows, and escalate complex cases when needed.

In this role, you’ll communicate clearly with customers across channels, adhere to SLAs, document issues, and contribute to process improvements while building payroll knowledge for supported regions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll processing, discrepancies, and platform usage.
• Ensure timely responses via email, chat, phone, and other channels that meet SLAs.
• Handle inquiries according to defined workflows and escalation paths.
• Gather information to diagnose payroll issues using available tools, documentation and customer data.
