Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships for a fast-growing offshore staffing platform. You will manage accounts, ensure contractor quality, and coordinate with founders to maintain client satisfaction.

The role is 100% remote, paid in USD bi-monthly, and requires experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting, with familiarity of offshore hiring markets across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.
