Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships for our offshore staffing platform. This fully remote role lets you support founders and executives while ensuring client satisfaction and successful placements.

You will run regular check-ins, ensure the quality of candidates before client presentation, and bring proactive problem-solving to the account teams, all while leveraging your experience in staffing and account management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.

Responsibilities

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
