Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships and ensure successful offshore hires. You will manage key accounts, run regular check-ins, and uphold the quality of every candidate presented to clients.

This fully remote role offers USD compensation with bi-monthly payroll and the chance to work directly with the co-founders in a fast-growing offshore staffing platform across the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.
• Submit a Loom video introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated.

• Run regular check-ins with active accounts and spot problems with a placed contractor.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
