Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships for our offshore staffing platform. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with co-founders, and ensure client satisfaction while promoting high-quality candidate delivery.

This fully remote role requires hands-on experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting, with familiarity of offshore talent markets.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets (Philippines, Latin America, or Africa).

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management.
• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
