Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture relationships with our growing client base. This role is fully remote within the United States and pays in USD on a bi-monthly schedule.

You will manage client relationships, ensure contractor quality, and drive satisfaction across accounts. Responsibilities include regular check-ins with active accounts, identifying problems before they escalate, and maintaining the quality of candidates presented to clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.
• A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated.
