Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships in a fully remote role. You will work with the founders of a fast-growing offshore staffing firm and engage in client relationship management across multiple markets, paid in USD on a bi-monthly schedule.

You will run regular check-ins with active accounts, ensure candidate quality, and leverage your background in staffing or recruiting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa

Responsibilities

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client
• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
• Clear, real, personal written communication; Background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa
• A short Loom video introducing yourself, describing your customer success or account management experience, and walking through a situation where you caught and resolved a client problem before it escalated
