Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to manage existing client relationships for its offshore staffing platform. This role is fully remote and payment is USD bi-monthly.

You will coordinate with the founders, maintain high-touch client service, and ensure contractor quality across active accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in customer success or account management within staffing or recruiting, and understands offshore markets in regions such as the Philippines,

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.

Responsibilities

• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
