Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture existing client relationships for our offshore staffing platform. You will ensure the quality of every candidate placed with clients and run regular check-ins to spot and resolve issues before they escalate.

This fully remote role offers flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with the founders and a fast-growing client base.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, written communication; background in staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring.
• Familiarity with offshore talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, or Africa.
