Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships and ensure post-sale success for our offshore staffing clients. You will be the primary point of contact, coordinate placement, vet candidates, and drive repeat business.

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; prioritize genuine messages over generic pitches.
• Responsive by nature with ability to keep clients prioritized without desk-bound delays.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from post-sale through renewal and expansion.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and manage the client through every stage.
• Run regular check-ins and spot issues with contractors before clients notice.
• Respond promptly after hours when clients need you, maintaining baseline responsiveness.
• Coordinate candidate vetting and placement with the recruiting team.
• Present top candidates, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and close placements.
• Ensure the quality of every candidate shown to clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow and retain accounts through proactive outreach.
• Encourage client reviews, referrals, and repeat business to fuel growth.
