Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own post-sale client relationships for our offshore staffing platform. You will be the main contact after the sale, running check-ins, vetting candidates, coordinating placements, and ensuring clients are delighted and ready to rehire.

This role offers full ownership in a fast-growing, founder-led environment. You’ll work remotely with US hours, collaborate directly with the founders, and help turn happy clients into reviews,

Formación

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; respond promptly to clients.
• Willingness to take ownership and grow with the company.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients after the sale.
• Join kickoff, check-ins, and escalation calls; own client relationships.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, collect feedback, and close placements.
• Proactively spot and address issues to protect client satisfaction.
• Turn client satisfaction into long-term relationships, referrals, and repeat business.
