Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture existing client relationships after the sale. You will coordinate placements, vet candidates, and ensure client satisfaction while growing long‑term partnerships in a fast‑growing offshore staffing environment.

You’ll join a small team with direct access to the founders, gaining ownership of client outcomes and a path to scale with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication is essential.
• Responsive by nature with prioritization of clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and manage relationships through all engagement stages.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, vet top candidates, and present hires to clients.
• Proactively spot potential issues and address them before clients notice.
• Drive referrals, reviews, and repeat business through exceptional service.
