Job summary

Float Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage referrals and coordinate start-of-care visits for patients across the US. You will act quickly to align nurses, pharmacies, and patients, using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Slack to ensure smooth scheduling and responsive support.

This is a fully remote, full-time role with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and teamwork. In this role you’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, and contribute to improving workflows

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating patient referrals and start-of-care visits.
• Ability to use multiple platforms (Zendesk, Google Suite, Slack).
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-of-care visits, collect info, match nurses, manage offers and onboarding.
• Confirm schedules and logistics for safe, seamless home visits; handle restaffs.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses and patients via email, phone, chat and SMS.
• Collaborate across teams in queues/Slack to finalize visit docs.
• Prioritize tasks, learn new processes and technologies consistently.
• Build positive relationships with specialty pharmacies and assist with pharmacy engagement.
• Provide feedback to improve technology and processes.
