Float Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage new patient referrals, coordinate start-of-care visits, and liaise between pharmacies, nurses, and patients. This fully remote US role emphasizes urgent, accurate coordination, documentation, and proactive communication to ensure timely home visits and a positive patient experience.

The position requires 1+ years of medical scheduling experience, strong multitasking across platforms, excellent communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with medical scheduling required.
• Ability to use multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
• Manage inbound communications while handling other tasks.
• Type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate start-of-care visits using the Float Health platform and Zendesk, Google Suite, Slack.
• Collect information from pharmacies and patients.
• Match appropriate nurses to patients.
• Manage offers in our marketplace to ensure fair nurse compensation.
• Onboard patients to Float Health.
• Confirm logistics and schedules for safe home visits.
• Respond to restaff and reschedule requests.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams in shared queues and Slack.
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Learn new processes and technology continuously.
• Develop relationships with peers at specialty pharmacies.
• Complete tasks related to pharmacy engagement.
• Provide feedback to improve our technology and processes.
