Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state.

Aufgaben

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services and assist with copay and billing information.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage assigned workflow queues and document prescription orders.
• Comply with applicable federal and state laws and ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
