Qualifications

• One year of relatable work experience in a professional setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and payer guidelines to determine eligibility.
• Communicate financial responsibilities to patients and document interactions.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure documentation meets requirements.
• Enter referrals in the EMR and maintain timely, accurate records.
• Collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and internal teams.
