AdaptHealth LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist to support patient access to care by coordinating referrals, reviewing clinical documentation, and ensuring services are set up accurately and efficiently. You will work with patients, providers, referral sources, and internal teams to navigate insurance requirements and confirm eligibility.

This role suits detail-oriented individuals who excel in patient communication and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• 1 year of relatable work experience required.
• Healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in management, administrative, clerical, insurance, billing, claims, call center, or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review referrals and clinical documentation to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity/quality standards.
• Support teams to facilitate the intake process and ensure accurate setup of services.
