AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist to support patient access by coordinating referrals, reviewing clinical documentation, and navigating insurance requirements. You will work with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient setup of services.

Responsibilities

• Review medical documentation and payer guidelines to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and payments.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Support team operations and follow company policies and procedures.
