Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in legal or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and EMS.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess data accuracy and make sound judgments.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes.

Aufgaben

• Own the intake process for new work (clients and/or matters) and ensure data accuracy before uploading to firm systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with conflicts, information governance, docketing and billing teams to streamline intake.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business records in the firm’s database.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and potential clients.
• Resolve issues in downstream areas due to data discrepancies and track outstanding items to completion.
