You will help add drivers, vehicles, and lienholder details, and you’ll work to retain customers by offering solutions to prevent cancellations.

The role offers remote work options, paid training, and exposure to a portfolio of over 55 insurance carriers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong customer-service orientation with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents.
• Assist customers with questions about existing policies and manage changes to coverages or benefits.
• Retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.
