You will assist customers, understand products deeply, and help optimize the journey—from inquiry to coverage—while collaborating with a friendly, team-oriented group.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and anticipating needs beyond the question asked.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Getting deep on the product across a wide panel of insurers.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Making the product better by feeding back through the channel.
