Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a remote Customer Operations team member to help customers manage cars, home policies, and more. The role supports both sales and service paths, with a collaborative, fast-paced environment and generous benefits.

You’ll learn the product deeply and help customers navigate coverage, discounts, and renewals. Ideal candidates bring customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers by anticipating needs and surfacing hidden opportunities.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Getting deep on the product to match the right coverage with the customer’s situation.
• Solving problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests - vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
